4. Advance Delivery Charges
To maintain production efficiency and avoid fake orders, we follow a strict policy:
- Delivery charges must be paid in advance to confirm your order

We begin production immediately after order confirmation. This policy ensures serious customers and protects our factory’s time, labor, and materials.
5. Cancellation Policy
- If the order is canceled after production has started, delivery charges are non-refundable
- For custom orders, the 50% advance payment is non-refundable once production begins
6. Delivery Timeline
After your product passes our quality check:
- Abbottabad & Local Areas: 1–2 working days
- Rest of Pakistan: 3–5 working days
