Return & Exchange Policy – HZ Designs

At HZ Designs, our goal is simple: you should be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

As a fully in-house manufacturing facility based in Abbottabad, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. If something isn’t right, we are committed to making it right.

Simple Exchange Policy

If your size doesn’t fit or you receive the wrong item, we offer an easy exchange process.

Eligibility:

• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact

How to Start:

• Contact us on WhatsApp
• Share your order number + product image

Returns & Refunds

We take pride in our craftsmanship. If there is a genuine manufacturing defect (such as stitching issues or damage), we will:

• Offer a full refund, or
• Provide a replacement immediately

Shipping Responsibility

• Our mistake (wrong/defective item): We cover all shipping costs
• Change of mind: Customer will cover return shipping to our Abbottabad facility

How to Return or Exchange

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or call
2. Pack the item in its original packaging
3. Ship it back to our factory in Abbottabad
4. After inspection, we will process your exchange or refund within 48 hours

Important Ordering Rules

As a real manufacturing setup, we follow strict policies to maintain quality and avoid fake orders.

1. Delivery Charges & Cancellation Policy

• Advance Delivery Charges Required
  Due to frequent fake orders, delivery charges must be paid in advance
• Order Cancellation
  Once your order is confirmed, we provide live tracking updates. If production has already started:
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • The customer will be responsible for labor and material costs incurred

2. Custom Orders (Single Piece Production)

HZ Designs offers custom-made products for individuals, allowing you to choose:

• Size
• Fit
• Color
• Design

Payment Terms:

• 50% advance payment is required before production

Production Updates:

• Real-time updates and tracking will be shared

Refund Policy for Custom Orders:

• If canceled before production starts → 100% refund
• If canceled after production begins → Advance payment is non-refundable
